Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

grafito.net will not ship any product until the Administration Department has confirmed that the payment has been made.

1. The delivery will be considered completed when the carrier delivers the package to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and report any discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

2. grafito.net commits to shipping the goods within a maximum of 48 hours, unless there are stock shortages, in which case the customer will always be informed and may cancel the order at any time for a full refund, if applicable.

3. If you place an order that includes multiple products with different availability, the shipment will be made according to the product with the longest delivery time. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first and the other items later, the customer must cover the cost of the second shipment.

4. The delivery times indicated by grafito.net are for guidance only, and grafito.net strives to meet them. However, these times depend not only on us but also on the transport companies. Any delays will not result in order cancellation or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delays introduced by the customer in their order will be void under point 1a. of these legal conditions.

5. Any indication regarding the delivery time can be passed to the transport agency as a preferred delivery time, but the final adjustment to this time depends ultimately on the agency and the delivery driver.

Returns

grafito.net The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, returning the item(s) (according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19). In the case of a return within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return.

grafito.net will cover the shipping costs for returns under warranty, except in the following cases:

1. Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.

2. If our technicians determine that the issue may not be caused by the product or equipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our facilities, and we will return it to their address free of charge.

grafito.net will not accept returns if the product is not in perfect condition.

grafito.net will not accept returns if the packaging of the product is not original and in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and the use of seals or adhesive tapes is prohibited.

• All returns must be requested via email to info@grafito.net using the Withdrawal Form.

grafito.net will issue a return number (RMA number).

• Once the customer has received the RMA number, they must send the products to the address specified by grafito.net.

• The customer will bear the cost of this transportation.

• Within a maximum of X days from receiving the return, grafito.net commits to processing the refund.
